Game files not installing

So from all the troubles the client has had recently, I had to proceed to reinstalling the game, when I tried the actual installation, running the installer only downloads the "Riot Client" in the "Riot Games" folder and nothing opens up, so I'm stuck with not being able to launch the client. Running the installer again just says "repairing" and does nothing. Any solutions are appreciated. (I already deleted my anti-virus so it's not that)
