New Renekton W is BROKEN

Renekton's new stun does not do anything the tooltip says it is supposed to. It acts the same way as pre-rework. Instead of doing multiple damage splats and on-hit effects, it still only does the one flat amount of damage. This is not a rare occurrence, this is Renekton's W not receiving a change.
