Double click turns into A click

Every once in a while experience this bug in which my movement key (double click) turns into A click. This is very annoying because as someone like or , I can't flee. This same bug prevents me from opening the shop until I respawn, buying items, and even leveling abilities. This bug is becoming more and more frequent to me, causing me to have to restart LoL frequently. For this I've been put on a low priority queue.

Oh, and apparently I'm level 7 on the Boards but level 30 in-game.
