So recently I had to change monitors. When I tried to get into the game, the game immediately crashed. So, I opened the config files and changed the resolution (from 1920 -> 1366) and as soon as I get into the game, I see that a remake was being voted on. Our solo adc was ahead of bot in cs without dying. I came in, bought items and voted no. The end result was a 2 yes, 3 no and yet the game was remade and I lost 17 points. They were unjustly lost as most said no and saw me buy items. The entire team was upset about it post game.

Reporting this as a bug problem as 2y/3n doesn't make any sense.

A /remake vote only requires 30% of the votes to be yes for it to succeed. 2/5 votes being yes is 40%, so that is enough for it pass.

In a 4v5, at least two players (30% of the team) need to vote yes for the game to end. In a 3v5 or lower, you only need one player to make that call.

I know it says "4v5" here, but it also says 30% of the team, which I'm assuming is the necessary requirements for the vote to pass.
