Account Banned for Third Party Program?

OK so i got a message when trying to login to my account that it is now banned for using a third party program. I have had this account for 5 or 6 years and have never used any third party programs. I have emailed Riot over a week ago and have not heard anything back as to why this happened and how it can be fixed. I have spent hundred of dollars on that account over the years so this is BS. I also have this account and its not banned but only play on the same PC so doesn't even make sense.

While that supremely sucks donkey dick, this isn't the right forum to get that addressed. And before you ask, I don't know what is. You probably need to file a support ticket at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us Do you have Cheat Engine installed on your computer, or any similar cheating tools even if they weren't active? I remember a few weeks ago there was another Fallout76 stink where they decided to simply check if those "cheat programs" were installed at all, instead of checking whether they were running and hooked into the game. Maybe Riot recently updated to a similarly flawed system? Idk

I've been noticing the same trend. My account got the same thing I and I got a response from riot saying basically how I "account share" (which I didn't) and because I used third party software (which I didn't) that my account got banned. I would still send in a ticket and try and send another one after being replied to. Try to provide as much proof as possible. Check to see if there are games you didn't play and basically hope and pray.

I have literally been seeing the same wave of exact same problems in the forums of people being banned for the same reason and I'm starting to think that maybe there was a potential security breach. It seems odd that a bunch of people would suddenly come out saying the same thing.
