I don't know why, but every now and then when the Ready To Play thing pops up I know for a fact I hit the check mark. It will say "Waiting for other players" but then when the bar goes up it says "You declined this match". In the chat section it says I failed the AFK check rather than I declined which is another weird thing. I don't know how to reproduce this bug but it makes me mad when I wait in Ranked and then it kicks me out of queue.

Just happened to me too. I had several people decline matches I accepted, and then the fourth time I accepted a match it automatically declined me for some reason. During this last erroneous match find It also lagged considerably before sending me back to matchmaking. Is this happening to everyone?

never got this problem but with this new client i get it once-twice a day...usually after 2-3 declined matches from others i get a auto=declined match
+1, Also happening to me, exactly as OP described. Sometimes it will stay at "waiting for other players" for several minutes before kicking me out of line and making me re-queue, telling me I had declined when I didn't.
Well at least I'm not the only one dealing with this issue. It's getting really irritating to have to re-queue because of this bug.
I also seem to run into this bug, it happens more frequently if i have something else running that may use multiple ports but its quite annoying as I've gotten a 5 minute delays punishment.
Happened to me multiple times and gives you the match dodger block message.
Because you micro-disconnected at the moment you press Accept.
