I made champion in the loot & crafting inventoy and it didn't go to my champions

So......... I bought that "Hextech mystery champion shard" and i got vladimir from it. I though "Ohh vladimir! Imma make a champion of this." I used my essences and tried to make it. It said that it's made and i had to add it into my inventory. I pressed to that premium champion shard and it went into my champion inventory. I didn't fin it from there in anyways and it's annoying me as fuck......
