kogmaw/champion bug?? also masteries bug

My last two games playing i realized that my kogmaw was just.. doing whatever he wanted. I kept losing control over him not even using w or anything. That or i would just stop moving completely, non responsive. At first i believed it to be my mouse, but i tested it and there are no issues there. It was definitely an in-game bug, first time experiencing this and it might be kogmaw. I played j4 and was fine, played kogmaw 2 games and my cs was terrible. i couldnt even cs because he would auto a minion i didnt click. i would click one way hed go another.. dear god was it annoying. Also when i hover over my masteries pages the resolve keystones are just flickering and in order to pick one i have to click it like 5-8 times.
