Cassiopeia E doesnt refund mana cost when killing unit

Hi all,

I've recently noticed that sometimes cassiopeia E doesn't refund mana when it kills a unit. I would use E when i have only enough mana for 1 E to last hit a unit. I use E, see the gold pop up, then go OOM. Anyone else experienced this problem?

Is intended by Idiot Stashu so people never get to play Cassiopeia at all
