So I'm trying to patch right now for 5.2, but it only get's to about 32% before stopping and giving me an error report. I've closed it and retried at least 10 times. I really don't want to uninstall and have to go through all the patching again. Is there any quick fix for this?
I've had that issue before, usually just either go to task manager and make sure the client fully closed or restart the computer and try again and it usually works. If neither of them works, you might try the client repair option to see if any of your files are corrupt.
i have 2 launchers one for euw and one for na and the euw patched fine but the na one had the same issue so i coped all the files from the euw directory and deleted everything in the na directory and replaced it with that then changed the region when i launched league it only took a few mins to copy all the files as opposed to like 20+ to reinstall but i'm guessing you don't have 2 launchers to do this i would say if all else fails a reinstall would definitely solve the issue though
