[Gameplay bug] Not able to remake in ranked?

For some reason in my last game our Ahri, who was our mid laner, never connected to the game. She was in the dead center of the spawning area (which is where dc'd people spawn) and never bought items. However, we could not remake the game. When we tried to remake it said that she was not dc'd, which she clearly was.
