ingame Skarner Passive bug (crysral spires)

ok, so for the past few day's i've had some problems when i play skarner and face another skarner. my passive (crysal spires) is not showing on my side where i start when they are autom. mine in the start. i've asked my team several times if they could see it thinking it was just a graphic bug for me but it wasn't. later on when i look at the enemy teams spire or capture 1 myself or any 1 in my team u can see the circle but it's smaller than normal. but there is some dots further away from the circle which shows the normal radius of the passive. also the vision you get is bigger then the cricle on the ground. also another big problem with it is that this week skarner is free to play which means i will face him more often which makes this bug come upp even more.
