[Gameplay] HUD Numbers are blurry/unreadable

For the past few months or patches since the patch after the HUD was remade I have been unable to read numbers on my HUD. This includes all the red circled areas in my link (forgot to circle damage numbers and buff bar things like and Nasus stacks). I had to post an imgur link as taking a screenshot has never worked for me in game. I have taken this issue to support in the form of a ticket but I feel like I just got a canned response. Anyways this issue has made the game harder for me to play the last few patches and I hope this is looked into. I should add that I have messed with all my setting including resolution and none of it has worked for me.
