[CRASH] Windows client crashing during champion select in ARAM

I've been noticing this bug ever since a few weeks ago when it first crashed during champion select in ARAM queues only.

So i didn't play it until now when i had a first ARAM game and it loaded up fine until the second time i queued up for ARAM when i enter the champion select screen it just froze and an error popped up saying PVP.net Patcher kernel is not responding/not working properly. So i had to relog the client and when i start to queue again, it gave me a 15 minutes wait before i can queue. So does this affect my leave counter also?
