Wooglets cap doesn't apply the 25% ap bonus or show it adding the bonus at least on dominion im not sure about any other game mode but for sure it doesnt do it on dominion it tells you the bonus is 0

It is giving you the Bonus AP, the only bug is it not showing on the item.
