Patch-related crash

I was playing a match last night when the patch went into effect and got disconnected from the game. I originally thought it was just me, but one of my teammates messaged me on skype saying the same thing had happened to him. I waited to see if I would reconnect but thirty minutes later I gave up and restarted League. After I finally got the patch to download successfully, I checked my match history and there is no record of the game even happening. This makes me really upset because that game was the first time I had ever gotten a pentakill and now there's no way to commemorate it. Is there any way to fix any of that?
