Errors with Loot System

There is currently a bug with the hextech crafting system. Some ward skin shards drop and certain ones will say you do not own them when you already do.

For example, I already own "The Lion Ward" skin. Proof: http://prntscr.com/nerp8v

For the purpose of this example, I'm going to use my Orange Essence to upgrade it to show the error it gives (since I have a shitton and nothing to do with it): http://prntscr.com/nerpq1

After clicking unlock, the ward skin permanent which should immediately be added to your account is instead placed into your loot: http://prntscr.com/nerq82

But of course, since I already own it it will give you an error message after you click Unlock Ward Skin: http://prntscr.com/nerqg9

This has happened with multiple ward skins including Queen Poro, The Lion, and Year of the Pig ward skins to name all the ones I've seen. They are all newer ward skins released so I assume it has something to do with that. I've had to go through Riot Support twice to fix the issue on different occasions since I thought I didn't own them when I already did. It's super frustrating and I hope someone sees this so other people don't come into the same problem I have.
