Leveled up but didnt get champion capsule

I've just leveled up from lvl 72 to 73 and I didn't get a capsule. When I've finished the game which leveled me up, my rank in the game (A) didn't show up at first - which makes me think there was some kind of bug. What can I do?

Not sure if connected, but after updating the launcher I have no missions. No daily win reward or watch.lolesports mission.

Maybe a related issue.
