[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench's Ultimate Indicator (Blue Circle next to his portrait) Timing Incorrect

Whilst playing Tahm Kench and duoing with my brother he noticed that the little Blue Circle Indicator next to Tahm Kench's portrait in the bottom right was not timing Abyssal Voyages CD correctly. The blue circle fully fills prior to Tahm Kench's ult actually refreshing. My brother sees the circle as full (indicating Abyssal Voyages CD is refreshed) when in fact it has not.

-The blue circle fills 10-15seconds before the ult ACTUALLY refreshes -This happens EVERY time, i am playing with the Master Chef Tahm Kench Skin, Summoners Rift Ranked

*Struggle to add a pic as would need both my perspective and my brothers.

Maybe Abyssal Voyages CD was increased in a patch, however the Blue Circle Ultimate Timer was not updated?

Would be most appreciative if this was fixed.
