Game being active after ending

I recently played a game of league and all was normal but after the game when i tried to play another it said i was still in game. I then reset the client but all it gave me was a reconnect button and when i tried to reconnect the game no longer exists so i cant connect back to end it. If anyone had this problem can you please help me.
