[CLIENT] End of match grade not loading

I was super excited after seeing you could unlock chests by getting S performances. Well here I am, in this game (link provided) going 5-0-13 as leona support in a sub-30-minute game, and excited at the prospect of perhaps getting my first chest. However, when the game ends, the circle where your grade is supposed to show up is just not loading. I wait for a few minutes just to be sure, and subsequently give up because it shows no signs of loading. It's ok if I didn't get an S, I just wanted to know. It was pretty frustrating that the first time this has ever happened is the game where I felt like I could have had a shot at getting an S.

I'm not sure how to reproduce this bug, it just happened. The symptoms are the green circle where your grade is supposed to show up in gold letter just never loads and has two green cursors spinning around it forever.

I've only encountered this issue once and I've played since way before you guys implemented the match grade feature. Would love to see this issue fixed!

Having the same issue, got a key fragment three games ago, but the last two games ESPACIALLY this last in would have probably gotten me S rank too, just a loading circle for my grade... please fix this riot. I am literally only playing normals to unlock fun stuff.

Same thing just happened to me after a 55 minute clutch game, very demotivating..

After seeing similar posts, it seems like this happens when you get a key fragment in the same game - I did receive a key fragment from this game, and no chest. Hope this helps!

This happened to me in a game I did well but I assume I still got an S because I got a chest. :)

Very annoying bug. Also relevant to note that the next time you get into champion select, the spinny-ratchety-sound from your grade plays then, since it couldn't play in the post-game lobby.

this is really disappointing. I just went 1/2/30 bard in promo and didn't get shit. thanks again riot.
