(GAMEPLAY)Darius Ult bug in current game client

Ingame current client build. and previous, build, during any of the current game modes and any skin, Darius when performing his Ult Noxian guillotine, the attack will inflict no damage or bleed status effect, if a target dashes,flashes or uses a champion teleportation skill of their kit. when darius casts his ult, either during mid cast or when the attack hits. the enemy champion takes no damage or status effect and darius looses his ult as it goes on cooldown.

This bug has occured to me multiple times during various game sessions and happens about 90% of the time, that an enemy champ decides to flee darius, this bug effects any champion that has a dash or teleportation skill this also applies to any champion that uses flash. Update: this also applies to any champion with a quick escape ability= ie tristanas rocket jump,gnars hops etc
