An unknown error has occurred

I'm trying to log into the support page so I can open a ticket about missing BP but every time I try to log into my account, it gives me:

"An unknown error has occurred. Please wait a minute or so before trying again."

Main website and accounts page works fine, just the support site seems to be having the issue.

Regarding the missing BP, I tried activating a Varus shard and received an error, no BP taken from balance. Tried disenchanting a Velkoz shard, same issue, no BP given. The error message said to restart client. When I did and logged back in, the BP for the Varus shard was taken out but the shard was still there (Varus still not unlocked), and the Velkoz shard was gone but I dont think the BP was awarded.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
