Client Mastery Bug
So while I was starting a match I got this bug with the mastery tab that made me unable to choose my masteries. After I finished that game I went to the training mode to check and see if this was a persistent problem and I encountered the same bug.
I relaunched the client and everything was back to normal but I felt like I should report the bug anyways
