Deathcap stack?

Soooo, just played a game where I noticed at the end that my two deathcaps (shhhhh, its fine...) had different numbers listed as the ap bonus. I didnt have time to figure out what exactly was going on, but I know that 168 and 118 are different numbers, and that they were in green. When I waved my cursor over the items. I was so distraught over this catastrophic bug that I traumatically lost the game. I am, however, willing to forgive riot if they will give me the paltry sum of 10,000 dollars and a free champ. Thank you. I feel I am well within my rights to ask this of you.
