ok so i got a new router but i cant even log in whats wrong with that i mean really can riot fix this pls or im going to lose my mind

If you cant log in then its probably a problem that riot cant fix. Especially if all you do is tell them to fix it

Disable firewall setting in IP address of router see if it fixes it
