Last match i haven't dropped any box

Hey, first time here :) Last match i did i played with a premade team of 3 people including me and one of my teammates got an S on Camille, i was playing Kled for my first time and i still have 4 boxes to be dropped. The other one playing Amumu got the box. I'm new at this game and i haven't been banned or sorta, honor 3. So my question is: is it normal that i got nothing? Do i have to wait a while in order to properly get it? Ty for your patience and time :)

p.s also this happened a second time today (few matches before this one), the same teammate got S- on Yasuo (i was playing Nautilus, but i usually play him) and got nothing again.
