Enemy visual bug

Is riot aware of a bug that seams to lie about an enemies location? It seems that right before an enemy leaves fog of war, they randomly appear on the map somewhere else, sometime right in front of me. I can see them on the map and in the game, its only for like a milli second, but it has happened a few times. I screwed over my team one time when i called someone being top side cause i saw them flash up on the map for a second, but that very moment they were bot... The same thing happens with ekkos ult being randomly glitchy aroudn the map, but thats been happening for a while and hasnt changed, this seems to be newer. Ive seen it about 3 times since yesterday.
