Predator resets cooldown whenever you use stopwatch

[GAMEPLAY] Using Stopwatch refreshes the cooldown of Predator

During one of my livestreams I was playing predator Fiddlesticks mid when I went bot lane for a gank. I used predator going down to bot lane. After Syndra followed me down I chased her back to mid lane and I used stopwatch and then used predator again, noticing it was off cd not even thinking about the fact I just used it going down bot until after. I then went into practice tool and checked with a few different boot types to see if it worked the same. I tested it with CD boots, Sorcs, Boots of Speed and Ninja Tabi's. I didn't bother testing the rest because I assumed it will work the same with those. I attached a clip one of my viewers clipped showing I used predator twice within a minute. I haven't tested this method on any other champs but , though I don't believe it's champion specific.
