The game is soo slow like lagging but please read

Please if anyone can help me! From today 6/22/2017 my game in laucher and in champion select is sooo slow i mean to make a game takes me like 5 min, to start the queue I need to wait 5 mins more, in championg select screen I select a champion for a pick/ban champion and the ban/select button doesn't unlock to click it, all of the picks are with 10 seconds slower and when, for me, my top is picking for the game and for the others my adc is picking, Its not from my internet ingame (only in game) all the things are good, I reinstalled LeagueOfLegends and nothing happens Please again help me, thank you in advance!
