[GAMEPLAY] Surrender bug?

Okay, I was playing League of Legends today, ranked game, and enemy team tried to surrender, and they surrendered it said 'Enemy team has agreed to surrender' or something like that, but thier annie left the game (later came back). I went to dance at thier nexus when the message occured ( I died ). I thought what did happen. It could have been our mistake, and we would lose the game. After 3 minutes passed, still no ending, so then we fought our way to the win and won, but at that moment they surrendered once again. Pictures Here I took a screenshot after ~2 minutes when the message occured, and our team wrote 'GG' and etc. http://i.imgur.com/EI1Fvy1.jpg This is the another picture when we won, and they surrendered once again (before last hit) so it was double explosion like usually, but you can see the time difference http://i.imgur.com/MS4eWnj.jpg

it was funny game, i played bot game with random people, we already destroyed their nexus, and people as a joke pressed surrender. So we had their nexus explosion, then camera goes all the way to our base and our nexus exploded. We lost the game. LOL!
