Game disconnecting only during champion select

This has been going on for about 2 months now. I have absolutely no connection issues in game, however once in a while (probably once every 10 queues or so) I will disconnect during champion select for about 60-90 seconds. If I don't have to ban or pick during that time, it will reconnect me and I can resume with the champion select. However, if I do have to ban or pick during that time, it is considered a dodge and I have to wait 5 minutes to queue again.

Again, absolutely no connection issue whatsoever in game, and no issues with my internet. It is ONLY during champion select in League of Legends.
