[Gameplay] Azir Passive Bug

Azir is able to create Shurima's Legacy (passive) on turrets which haven't been destroyed. I came across this in game when on all towers across the map i saw the indicator to spawn my turrets on towers which hadn't been destroyed just yet as well as your own fountain. This bug really changes the flow of a game since Azir would be able to spawn turrets on standing turrets to disrupt enemy minion lines, and make it harder for the enemy to push as well.
