Two load up bugs. "Game is still in progress" and client load screen sometimes crashing.

So, I have encountered not one, but TWO loading screen bugs. One is the ever so popular "Game is still progress bug". Although, I know that there is the solution of going into task manager and closing the game, however, the second one I'm about to describe doesn't seem to have a clear solution. So, I successfully make it to the loading screen, then, it simply freezes at a certain percentage. The entire screen. If you attempt to click within it, it makes the loading screen go completely black, and causes bugsplat to occur. Although, that doesn't seem that bad, however, the black screen NEVER GOES AWAY. It only goes away by restarting the computer, and of course, leaver buster will punish you if you encounter this bug multiple times. I do hope they try to fix these bugs as soon as possible, riot plz ty.
