I have got a saved card on my account and for some reason the client is saying that I cannot buy any RP. I validated my email address and I expected that I would never have this problem again, I have tried on both clients. Can anyone help?

Wait 24 hours, and don't attempt within that time or it will reset. If you still can't use your card or buy RP submit a Support Ticket and they'll help you out.

I know I need to wait 24 hours but I am wondering what caused this to happen even though I saved my card.
