[CLIENT] Crashes, relog time is 2+ hours, etc.

Making a party works 50% of the time; It will either give you a loading screen or the draft mode page. We finally made a party but it kept saying people quit even if they didn't and if we wanted to quit, it wouldn't let any of us exit. The only way to exit is to restart league, but if you restart league, the login queue is 2+ hours long. Queuing also takes forever (which I am aware of) but it seems that everything is affecting both ranked and norms. Almost everyone on my friends list is either stuck in queue or have decided to log off :( Any idea as to what's going on? Is anyone else experiencing this (in other regions as well)?
