Shop Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I was recently in a game and I couldn't open up my shop to get my starting items, I reset everything in my settings and I even quit the game and reconnected to the game and that literally didn't do anything, I tried switching the keys from P to a different key and that didn't even help, just pleas locate this bug because I didn't get to play the game and really made my teammates upset because they thought I was trolling and I wasn't, Thanks.
