Queue blocked

Hello!I just tried to play a game.The champion select menu was pretty laggy.I choosed Kled then my game freezed for 5 seconds I saw something appearing on the screen only like 0.1 seconds and my game crashed.I opened the game after that and I got blocked from the queue for 20 minutes.Recently I discovered a lot of stupid errors and bugs that cant let me play the game.Wtf riot.
