Bugsplats not allowing me to get into a game

So, I've been having trouble with these bug splats and after like 3 games i get one. And at first i thought it was just my game and I thought nothing of it... but now I've been seeing a pattern... i get a bug splat about every 3 to 4 games and i get a penalty for remaking. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, system repair, even reset my computer to see if it was a virus and no matter what i still get these bug splats. Can someone help me because now i half to wait 20 min to start a game and i lost 2 of my placements because of remakes... thank you
