On-hit Bugs (Guinsoo's Rageblade, Titanic Hydra)

There seems to be some sort of bug related to the on-hit mechanic of the game.

First to report is Ezreal's Mystic Shot - it doesn't stack like a basic autoattack like it used to before 5.23, it makes me to think this is a bug because when you're at 8 stacks it still does the intended AoE damage. Second would be Mordekaiser's Mace of Spades and its interaction with Titanic Hydra - sometimes it does the cone of damage and sometimes it doesn't. I couldn't find a pattern, it's totally random.

Guinsoo's is AoE on hit, but stacks on attack. So that works as expected.

Mystic shot is a hit but not an attack.

That is not really the case, it already stacked on 5.22 and nothing was said in the 5.23 patch notes, also Ezreal's Mystic Shot works as an autoattack that cannot crit only, but applies masteries as an auto, it is similiar to Morde's problem as i just tested his Q stacks 3 times guinsoo but sometimes when on 8 stacks it does not do the AoE and sometimes it does it. Check youtube for guinsoo Ezreal and you will see it stacks properly (as a counter argument Q stacks Wit's end for instance which stacks the same way). It is clearly a bug.

Wit's End stacks on hit, Guinsoo's on attack.

Prior to 5.22 Guinsoo's could also stack on abilities, that's why Mystic shot would make it stack. Are you sure you saw it stacking on 5.22 and not on 5.21?
