Game is freezing

When 8.8 patch came, every game was horrible. In game freeze like champions/minions health bar go 0 but still they are like "alive". I can't use my abilities and then when freezing stops, everyting is again normal. It happens too many times in games. I hope that someone can tell me what is going on.
