Update thing keep scanning file

i'm not sure if this only my computer/league of legends, but when i logged off my account and logged in again it would be stuck at 33% and scan files.The percentage doesn't seem to move at all.

What is connection speed and how long has it been stuck scanning files or at 33%.

I already updated once today and it's stuck there for at least 15 minute

Hmmm not sure why it's updating again. But usually scans can take upwards of 15 mins so nothing abnormal here. Try leaving it for 30 mins to an hour. If it doesn't work restart your computer and double check your connections followed by file report to the RIOT support team.
