[CLIENT] Unable To Change Skins

When you have selected a champion to play and you are on the skin selection screen and you attempt to change skins you receive the attached error message.

1. Search for a game.
2. Select a champion.
3. Attempt to change skins.

Following these steps i can recreate the issue 100% of the time.
