[GAMEPLAY] Sion Voice Overs Not Working

While playing Sion since his rework, I've encountered a voice over bug that seems to occur every game I play. Seeing as 4.21 came out and it wasn't fixed, I thought I better post this on here.

What happens is if you use Sion's emotes during the game often enough, eventually the voice over will completely stop working. Sion will do the animations for the emote and there won't be any voice overs, but you can still hear ambient sounds (like when he stomps on the ground when he laughs).

I also found that if you hit B to go back and mash CTRL 1,2,4 (hotkeys for voice over'd emotes) it seems to reset Sion's voice and you can get another four or five laughs, taunts, or jokes out of him before he inevitably goes silent again.

Anyway, here's hoping this issue gets resolved ASAP! Sion is one of my personal favourite characters and I'd like to see him laughing every time someone doesn't dodge my fully charged Q again.
