NEVER SPAWN INTO GAME AFTER LOADING SCREEN

This has happened twice in the last few days. I go into a game and get into the loading screen. I load to 100% but never spawn into the game. Even if I close the game window and reconnect, and reload, it doesn't let me in. When the game is over, I lose lp, but it doesn't say that I was afk or absent from the game, so I guess it thinks I connected.
