Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

I was playing the game mode 'The Teemoing' as Karthus and when I would press the emote keys, I would get an odd image above Karthus seen in the picture link I posted. Anyone know what it is?

It's the background of all the emotes. It has that red animation behind what's supposed to be there. However, it still plays when no mastery emote is available, for example.
