Bugsplat on opening client and joining game

When starting the client I get three bugsplat popups. However, the client still starts and I'm able to login, create, and join games. After champion select is over, I encounter another bugsplat message and am unable to reconnect to the game even after restarting the computer. Anyone else having this issue?
