I Never Got My RP

So on the 29th of December 2014 i attempted to purchase 650 RP. I Kept saying invalid even though my account had enough. The Next day i tried again and it was declined again so i went to my USAA account. It said on the 29th i had purchased 650 RP but i went into my RP purchase history in the client and it said I didn't. It also took the money out of my bank account. pls fix it or give me my 650 RP.

You should submit a ticket so Riot is sure to see it. If it's an accounting error, they should be able to fix it.

IM VERY SAD!! I Bought 10 euro rp and i dont get it i clicked to fast to go to the home page i payed for it and i didnt get it :(
