If Mordekaiser has a ghost of Jhin the ghost does not need to reload after attacking 4 times

I just had a game playing Jhin and there was a Mordekaiser on the other team. When he got me as a ghost, it could shoot forever without reloading. With Jhin's passive ad boost he was able shred everything in his path to our nexus and win very quickly :(
