Kindred mark bug

Kindred marks enemy jungle creeps during the game for her passive. Recently once baron spawns, the mark is only fixed on baron for the rest of the game. I have read the tool tip for this multiple times, and it only said random so I am almost sure its a bug.

If you have 6 marks total (champs or camps) it will always spawn baron.

It would be kind of op if u could just farm random camps all game long
